Describe yourself in three words.
Goofy, talkative, (kinda) neurotic.

When did you start at Fully Managed?
I’ve been at FM for about a year and a half.

What is your role at Fully Managed?
Project Coordinator.

In 3-5 sentences, describe your day-to-day responsibilities at Fully Managed.
I manage the onboarding of new clients. My job is to really get to know the client and their environment, and to make the transition between signing on with us and being fully supported by our Help Desk as smooth, painless, and friendly as possible.

What is your favourite thing about working at FM?
The people :)

What is your proudest moment so far at FM?
I started at FM as the Office Administrator, so the proudest moment for me so far has been transitioning from my previous role to my new one.

When you’re not at work, what are you doing?
I’m either watching a horror movie, drawing/painting, or playing Dungeons and Dragons. Or drinking wine. Or doing any of the above while drinking wine.

What is one piece of advice you would give to someone interested in joining our team?
I’d say be ready to make the role yours. FM doesn’t really box people in – you need to be the kind of person willing to stretch your abilities and use your talents where they’re needed. Lots of people on our team have ended up in different places in the company than where they started.

What is one piece of advice you would go back in time and give your younger self?
Save money and don’t go outside dressed like that.
