June 4, 2020 – Ottawa, Canada – Fully Managed, a top managed service provider (MSP), today announced Janice Siddons, the company’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) since inception, will now also assume the role of President. The promotion is a key part of a broader strategy to ready the company for the next stage of growth beyond $100 million in revenue.
Fully Managed has over 300-employees supporting over 1,400 customers in the US and Canada across three lines of business:
- Managed Services – small and medium-sized businesses; multi-location enterprises,
- Senior Care – skilled nursing facilities and senior living,
- Enterprise Service Management - ServiceNow MSP to mid-market and enterprise.
Today’s announcement sees the company moving from the divisions above into a single organization by functional areas reporting into the President: CFO (finance), CRO (sales & marketing), CSO (strategy, M&A), CTO (technology) and a new role of Chief Customer Experience Officer (CXO).
In keeping with Fully Managed’s culture of developing its own leaders, two other long-standing team members were also promoted: Mark McIntyre will take on the role of CXO and Aaron Bradley (employee #5) will become Senior VP of Marketing. In addition, Janice completed and receives her Executive MBA on June 16th.
