What is your role at Fully Managed?
Team Lead, Client Support
In 3-5 sentences, describe your day-to-day responsibilities at Fully Managed.
My main responsibility is to ensure success for my pod and our clients. I act as a mentor and escalation point for my pod providing guidance where I can.
Outside of my pod, I also act as an escalation point in Client Support when an issue needs another set of eyes or an immediate resolution.
I like to live around one phrase at work. Happy Client, Happy Life.
What is your favourite thing about working at FM?
The Culture, everyone is passionate about what they do, and everyone is always willing to improve.
What is your proudest moment so far at FM?
Winning our Fanatical Service award in my first year at FM.
When you’re not at work, what are you doing?
If I’m not on my computer, I am hanging out with my fiancée Nikki, or playing with our dog Chloe.
What is one piece of advice you would give to someone interested in joining our team?
It can be intimidating to join a new team, but Fully Managed has wonderful leadership and resources.
All you need to do is be eager to learn and open to feedback.
What is one piece of advice you would go back in time and give your younger self?
Don’t sell those Bitcoins you bought in 2012.
If you won the lottery tomorrow, what is the first thing you would do?
Figure a way to sneakily pay all my family members houses off.
Would also move my family closer to each other, no one lives in the same city.
