I provide technical support to our clients in need so they don’t get frustrated, punch the screen, and then need tech-knuckle support.

Everyone has a good Outlook in life.
 
What is your proudest moment so far at FM?
I would be lion if I said that this job doesn’t fill me with pride.
 
When you’re not at work, what are you doing? 
I am a board game enthusiast, when I’m playing those it’s pair of dice.
