Reporting to the Director of the Enterprise Service Management PMO, this role requires an individual with strong organizational, problem solving, time management, technical, and communication skills. The individual will have customer-facing and sales support responsibilities. As a Project Manager the individual oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of all Enterprise Service Management projects related to ServiceNow across several disciplines which include but are not limited to ITSM, CSM, ITBM, ITOM, etc..
