The role will require an individual with strong organizational skills, time management and experience delivering discovery and requirements workshops, proof of concepts, engaging software demonstrations. Experience with one or more of the ITSM, CSM, ITBM, ITAM/SAM and ITOM technology suite from ServiceNow or similar platforms will be an asset. Reporting to the ESM practice, the individual will be the main technical liaison between the Fully Managed’s sales department and prospective customers looking to leverage ServiceNow and to help them select a solution to meet their business requirements and address their key pain points. Further, the candidate will prepare Sales Proposals and Scope of Work documents working in partnership with our technical leads which captures the specific configuration needs and requirements of the prospect.
