Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Providing primarily on-site support but also remote support as required
  • Resolving Tier 1 & 2 technical support issues (e.g., servers, applications, networking, back-ups, equipment, and mobile devices)
  • Deploying workstations, installing preconfigured switches, and installing software
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of client networks, information, and issues
  • Working with standardized operating procedures or creating new ones when necessary
  • Ensuring personal "Customer Experience Score", and other performance metrics, meet Company expectations, as provided
  • Taking the initiative in keeping your talents fresh by passing certifications


We’re flexible but these are a must:

  • Calm and collected disposition because there will be pressure and difficult situations.
  • One year's work experience in IT, or similar technical field work.
  • Valid driver’s license with regular access to a vehicle; clean abstract too.
  • Be available from Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, evenings and weekends as situationally required.
  • Basic networking skills/certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA A+/Network +
  • Diploma/Certificate in Information Technology or similar.
  • Desktop Deployment experience .
  • Customer service experience.
  • Being confortable working on mobile operating systems such as Android and Apple iOS
