The role will require an individual with strong organizational skills, time management and experience delivering engaging software demonstrations. Experience with the ITSM, CSM, ITBM and ITOM technology suite from ServiceNow or similar platforms will be an asset. The individual will be the main technical liaison between the Fully Managed's sales department and prospective customer looking to leverage GrandCentral and/or ServiceNow within their organization. Further, the candidate will prepare a detailed Scope of Work document which captures the specific configuration needs to address the unique needs/pain points of the prospect.
