The role will require an individual with strong organizational skills, time management and experience delivering engaging software demonstrations. Experience with the ITSM, CSM, ITBM and ITOM technology suite from ServiceNow or similar platforms will be an asset. The individual will be the main technical liaison between the Fully Managed's sales department and prospective customer looking to leverage GrandCentral and/or ServiceNow within their organization. Further, the candidate will prepare a detailed Scope of Work document which captures the specific configuration needs to address the unique needs/pain points of the prospect.

  • Configure and maintain live demonstration environment of GrandCentral
  • Working closely with the GrandCentral Sales team to ensure understanding and positioning of solutions
  • Collaborate with GrandCentral Sales Team to tailor GrandCentral value messaging to address identified pains, needs and use cases of prospect
  • Join sales team on meetings with customers, both existing and new to help provide solution assistance for sales engagements.
  • Create and manage GrandCentral Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements with prospects
  • Proactively follow-up with GrandCentral Sales Team and/or prospect with request for additional information or clarifications on technical aspects of GrandCentral
  • Accurately define all known prospect requirements into Fully Managed Statement of Work through collaboration with GrandCentral Sales team and prospect
  • Capture all activities with Fully Managed ERP, ConnectWise to ensure visibility into Sales Engineering engagements progress, status and efficiencies
  • Proactively teaming with the sales and technical teams on the management of overall client relationships and sales of additional products and services to clients.
  • Schedule and host recurring Sales Team training, Q&A and industry relevant discussions
  • Manage high level expectations and earn trust and respect of all stakeholders to become their trusted advisor.
  • Demonstrate awareness of industry trends, developments and leading-edge technologies that promote achievement of organizational objectives and present senior management with evaluations and recommendations regarding the effective application of IM / IT industry trends.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the information technology and telecommunication fields, IT / IM industry standards, best practices, trends, legislation, and common challenges facing IT / IM professionals working within the IT Industry.
  • Project Management practices and processes.
  • Excels in oral and written communications including developing presentations, talking points and speaking and presenting to audiences with comfort and authority.
  • Communicates and works with the senior management team executives on progress against revenue goals, identified risks and mitigation plan, resource optimization and availability.
  • Trustworthy with privileged accounts and information
  • Kept up to date on current trends and emerging technology developments and quickly develop deep knowledge in and act as an authority for clients on products, implementation process, and solutions.
