Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Being responsible for the overall success of project work to Fully Managed clients and standalone project sales.
  • Responsible for a wide range of Hardware/Network deployments (Upgrades, Migrations, Installs).
  • Assisting in the improvement of the “Operation Maturity Level” of clients’ environments through project delivery.
  • Primarily providing remote support, but also providing on-site support as required.
  • Going on-site both during work hours and scheduled after hours times to complete project work.
  • Creating accurate documentation of client networks, known issues, and client information.
  • Creating standardized operating procedures and assisting with post implementation support after successful project delivery.
  • Recommending automation solutions to the Technical Services team to ensure project times can be reduced.
  • Assisting with proactive analysis of complex technical support issues and providing client site improvements to the Account Management team.
  • Participating in weekly meetings to ensure the success of the Advanced Solutions team.


  • Combination of 5-10 years of progressive experience in an IT-related field providing technical support to users & previous experience in a project delivery environment.
  • Post-secondary studies relating to IT (e.g., Networking, Systems Administration, and Linux knowledge).
  • Strong knowledge of all things Microsoft
  • Proven problem solving ability to work rapidly in high pressure situations
  • Exceptional demonstrated English verbal and written communication abilities
  • Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to travel on short notice
  • Two industry certifications
