Key Areas of Responsibility

This hunter role will require an individual with organizational skills, strong time management and communication capabilities. This person is well connected in the Vancouver area and can grow our Managed Services Division. To succeed the Account Executive must have ability to sell at the C-level to SMB and mid-enterprises and work with channel partners in a co-selling model. The Account Executive will become knowledgeable in all aspects of Fully Managed’s managed services business in a rapidly evolving market to drive monthly sales.

  • Generate and qualify leads resulting in new-new Managed Service Agreements;
  • Qualify marketing leads;
  • Create and implement effective direct sales strategies and lead direct initiatives;
  • Make sales calls to new clients as required;
  • Work to build strategic business relationships with key customers and partners;
  • Responsible for hitting your monthly and quarterly quotas;
  • Take sole responsibility for the achievement of sales targets;
  • Discuss and agree on KPI with Direct Leader, strive toward continual achievement of KPIs;
  • Produce forecasts, sales and activity reports and plan any additional required information on a weekly basis or upon request;
  • Responsible for providing an annual sales plan and forecast, providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the plan;
  • Conduct research to identify opportunities in the target market to recruit, onboard and develop customers and partners;
  • Develop and communicate recommendations for growing product offerings within the client’s environment;
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and sales contracts;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fully Managed’s competitive positioning in the marketplace;
  • Other duties as required.

  • Proven ability to achieve/exceed sales quotas
  • Confidentiality concerning financial information
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
  • Strong negotiating skills and capacity
  • Computer skills including CRM and Microsoft applications
  • Understanding of small business vs. mid-enterprise decision-makers
  • Strong, polished, professional communication skills – “people person”
  • Team player with high energy, positive, “customer” friendly attitude.
  • Strong IT knowledge and background, including product, professional services, managed services and cloud computing
  • Previous experience selling IT services in the Vancouver area
  • Strong background in hardware and software
  • Strong IT knowledge, including product, professional services, managed services and cloud computing
