We are staffed between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays). Clients with an active support agreement have 24/7 access to our Command Center for business critical issues (e.g. server down).
Unfortunately, no Command Center representatives are available to handle your live session at this time. If this is a business-critical issue (eg. server down), please call us for immediate assistance.
If this issue is non-urgent, you may submit a ticket using the Fully Managed icon in your task-tray or email , which will be processed during regular business hours.
