Fully Managed® Acquires Edmonton IT Service Provider

Fully Managed® today announced the acquisition of Edmonton-based IT Service Provider, HIT Business Solutions.

Fully Managed® today entered into an agreement to acquire HIT Business Solutions (HIT), a leading IT Service Provider in Edmonton, AB. All staff in Vancouver and Edmonton will be retained in addition to several new key positions being announced in both cities.

At 35 employees, Fully Managed® will now deliver services to clients in both Vancouver and Edmonton. With a larger and more broad technical team, an enhanced level of service will be delivered immediately to clients in both cities.
