On February 2nd, the BCTIA will release the findings of our 2009 Tech labour study; the results of the study will bring to light the specific and immediate demands for technology talent in British Columbia and the recommended actions to address these needs.
To support these findings, the BCTIA presents Heather McKay, Vice President of Human Resources at ACL Services, who will talk about the actions and strategies that technology companies should be undertaking to ensure they have the strongest team possible.
Norman McDevitt, Vice President of the Information and Communications Technology Council will share his national and global perspectives on technology labour trends and the actions required to support employee retention in a competitive labour market.
