Sheldon Westrheim brings over 10 years of experience in IT Managed Services to his role as Director of Customer Strategy and Engagement at Fully Managed®. Sheldon has a strong history of managing accounts across various IT platforms and geographic locations, with a goal to provide technology solutions in a human manner.
Sheldon currently leads the Strategy Team at Fully Managed®, a team dedicated to delivering high-level Account Management and strategic technology solutions to increase operational maturity and efficiency to valued partners. Some of Sheldon’s major accounts and projects include a national railway, a national insurance organization, a provincial power corporation, and a management group for LaGuardia Airport in New York City.
Outside of his work at Fully Managed®, Sheldon can be found enjoying the great outdoors with his wife, or skiing the West Coast mountains.
